This group of 12 friends traveled from Australia to have the most epic Vegas micro-wedding experience. They started off their evening by getting hitched at one of the oldest chapels in downtown Vegas, Weekirko'theHeather. Of course a true Vegas chapel wedding wouldn't be complete without getting married by Elvis himself. Well actually, his name is Roland, and he's our absolute favorite Elvis officiant to work with. There was plenty of singing, dancing, and laughter going on during the whole ceremony thanks to him.
After the ceremony, we hopped on a party bus and made our way to Fremont St. for some celebratory cocktails and urban/street style photography. After about 1 hour of shooting some super rad photos downtown, we made our way to Brooklyn Bowl, located at the Linq Promenade on the Strip. The group had reserved a private area to bowl, drink, and munch on some American bar food. This was actually the first time I've photographed a wedding "reception" at a bowling alley. I love when our couples break the standards on their wedding days
lol. After about an hour or so of bowling fun, we hopped on the party bus for the last time and made our way to dinner at Herbs & Rye. This restaurant is a local favorite due to it's dark, moody feel and phenomenal cocktails. It's definitely the speakeasy of restaurants here in Vegas.
Jazmin and I had an incredible time shooting these wild Aussies. I hope we were able to capture memories they will treasure forever.
